Studying at the New York Institute of Art and Design, Jacqueline brings a refined expertise in interior and architectural design, crafting spaces that seamlessly blend functionality with artistic expression.
Before transitioning into the world of design, Jacqueline had a successful career as a singer-songwriter, where creativity and storytelling were at the heart of her work. This artistic background informs her approach to design, allowing her to infuse projects with a sense of rhythm, harmony, and personal narrative. Her ability to visualize unique concepts and translate them into stunning realities has made her an invaluable leader within the Rockdell Elm team.

Justin David Walker
Co-Founder & Director of Estimating and Construction
Justin David Walker is the driving force behind the estimating and construction operations at Rockdell Elm Design/Build. Growing up in Idaho, Justin developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and construction from an early age. He entered the real estate industry at 21 before transitioning into the mortgage sector. Over time, his career evolved into working with some of the top general contractors in the region as an estimator and project manager.
With a wealth of experience spanning 23 years, Justin has successfully estimated, managed, and sold over $100 million in projects. His expertise ranges from simple renovations to multi-million dollar multi-family developments, making him a respected leader in the industry. His meticulous attention to detail and ability to navigate complex projects ensure that every build meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Justin co-founded Rockdell Elm with his wife, Jacqueline, to redefine the construction experience in the Treasure Valley. By integrating cutting-edge technology, renowned craftsmanship, transparency, and a customer-first approach, he is committed to transforming the industry.
